Most of my lampshades are made to order. I regret that orders for made to order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. Should your lampshade not reach you in perfect condition, please notify me by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return. You will then receive details on how and where to send the item back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging and securely wrapped. Please obtain proof of posting. In this instance once the item is received back I will provide a replacement or refund the cost of your original purchase amount plus the return postage cost.
If you wish to return an item the cost of return postage will be at the buyers cost. Please notify me by email to email@example.com in advance that you are wishing to return an item in order to get details on how and where to return the item back. Items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging and securely wrapped. Please obtain proof of posting. Upon receipt of the returned item in perfect condition I will refund the purchase price less the cost of the original postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how and where to send the item back to.
